This page describes the cookies that www.ninorai.com and the app.ninorai.com application use, and how you can manage your consent. It supplements the Privacy Policy.
How consent works
On your first visit we show a cookie banner. Until you make a choice, no analytics or marketing tool is loaded and no cookie is stored other than the strictly necessary ones. Refusing is just as easy as accepting.
Your choice is stored in the nn_consent cookie on the .ninorai.com domain so that it applies to both the website and the application, which means we do not ask you twice. You can change it at any time by deleting this cookie in your browser settings; the banner will then appear again.

- Analytics: how the pages are used, so that we can improve them. Loaded only after consent.
- Marketing: measuring our advertising and showing more relevant ads. Loaded only after consent.

If you arrive from a Meta ad, the _fbc cookie (marketing, 90 days) may also be stored; it contains the identifier of the ad you clicked.
When you log in to the application, technical cookies for the session itself are also used (they are strictly necessary and are not managed through the banner).
Tools we load after consent
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.): traffic statistics. Analytics category.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.): records mouse movement, scrolling and clicks in anonymized form so that we can see where the pages confuse users. Analytics category. Used only on www.ninorai.com; we do not record sessions inside the application.
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.): ad measurement. Marketing category.
All of these tools are loaded through Google Tag Manager and are configured so that they do not fire without the corresponding consent.
Data sent from our server
In addition to what is collected in the browser, on registration and on successful payment we send an event directly from our server to Google Analytics 4 and Meta in order to measure the results accurately. This happens only if you have given the corresponding consent; if you have refused, we send nothing.
Your email address is sent to Meta only in hashed form (SHA-256); we do not pass on the address in readable form.
Old cookies
Until 25.08.2026 the website used a different consent tool, which stored cookies with the prefix cmplz_. It is no longer used and these cookies are no longer created. If you still have them from a previous visit, they are inactive and will expire on their own; you can also delete them right away in your browser settings.
How to refuse or change your choice
- Delete the
nn_consentcookie: the banner will appear again the next time a page loads. - Set your browser to block third-party cookies.
- For Google Analytics, you can also use Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
