What is an active referred customer?
A customer who arrived through your personal link, has an active paid subscription, and whose payment has not been cancelled or refunded.
How is my tier determined?
At the end of each monthly period, we count your active paying referrals. The corresponding rate applies to eligible commission for that period.
Is the commission paid only once?
No. You earn commission every month while the referred customer keeps an active paid subscription and remains correctly attributed to your affiliate profile.
Can I use my own referral link?
No. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent registrations, cancelled payments, and refunds do not earn commission.
